AQUA-BIOTEC Services, as department of the AQUA-BIOTEC company , has over 6 years experience in the management, service and maintenance of over 2,000 sites, encompassing a wide range of wastewater treatment technologies. AQUA-BIOTEC Services are able to provide , comprehensive, cost-effective and highly professional service to its customers who have a Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany ,Greece, Spain ,France ,Italy ,Luxembourg , Netherlands ,Austria, . Romania -based estate/properties with wastewater facilities (treatment plants and pumping stations).

As part of its specifically tailored packages, AQUA-BIOTEC Services can offer the following:

  • Routine PPM via its 'FIRST' and 'SUPER' based contracts

  • Service and maintenance contracts


In order to provide a cost-effective, professional and reliable service to its customers, all site M&E works are carried out by its own Service Engineers. Unlike some organisations, AQUA-BIOTEC , will not sub-contract any of the routine or emergency visits to a third party. All of its engineers are directly employed by AQUA-BIOTEC , thereby providing greater control and execution of its contracts.

AQUA-BIOTEC 's engineers are fully conversant with all treatment plant technologies. This is further demonstrated by our engineers having attended the 'OttoGraf GmbH ' Germany 'Maintenance of Small Sewage Treatment Plants' course.

A wastewater treatment plant pump stations are complex pieces of process equipment and include electrical-mechanical components. Like all such equipment,WWTP s and PS s require regular maintenance and need to be operated properly to achieve environmental objectives.

AQUA-BIOTEC Ltd have gained their knowledge of servicing wastewater installations over 6 years and can offer any level of cover to suit individual customer requirements. Whether it is a simple electrical-mechanical service or the total operation of a plant, a suitable contract can be tailored. The aim is to provide a competent backup for trouble-free long-term operation of a wastewater treatment plant.

'FIRST' Contract

The First Service Contract includes routine inspection of the installation. Service visits include planned inspection, adjustment and maintenance of electrical-mechanical items and assessment of the treatment process and effluent quality. A detailed service report is provided following a site visit. With this basic package, parts required for service are charged as extras and any breakdown call-outs are also charged separately for labour and travel costs.

'SUPER' Contract -

The SUPER Service Contract includes the same level of electrical-mechanical inspection as that offered in FIRST Service Contract, but also covers for: Plant Process Performance Report, Consumables Parts


Operation and Maintenance Contracts

AQUA-BIOTEC also offer a comprehensive contract for operation of either a single wastewater installation or for all the plants where customers have multiple sites. Each Operations Contract is assigned a Contracts Engineer who reports directly to the Client on all aspects of the contract. The package includes all electrical-mechanical maintenance and process operation of the plant g. A maintenance log book is kept on site and is updated at every visit. All observations, actions and activities are documented to provide complete background for the Client and the Environment Agency.
